Week 11 – Salmon rice bowl

This week I made salmon rice bowls for me and my family! This is basically just rice with salmon and I decided to add salad next to it with a few slices of cucumber.

This pretty simple to make, I seasoned the salmon then air fried it. I made the rice, and cut up a nicely seasoned salad next to it with cucumber! This was delicious and I wouldn’t change a thing about it. My mouth was watering as I was trying to put this meal together. It was fresh and very healthy. I am definitely making this again for another heavenly, and tasty dinner.
